Sheila Ndiho holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Strathmore University and was a Pupil under instruction at Kiarie Kariuki and Associates. She has experience in Employment Law, Civil Litigation and in Commercial Law.

Prior to joining the LJA team, she was a Legal Assistant at Career Directions Limited where she partnered with the leadership team to raise the awareness of legal and compliance obligations in the human resource management sector.

She worked at Zola Electric, a renewable energy technology company based in Tanzania, as an Intern and also at the Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) in Nairobi.

Sheila is on course to gaining admission to the Kenyan bar and is a published essay writer. In 2018, she was a nominee of the 6th Annual CB Madan Award for Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Her confidence propels her to learn and grow in skills. She is intuitive to the firm’s needs and performs all tasks with her best foot forward. Sheila is of upstanding character which gives her an edge in the legal profession.

She enjoys reading, playing tennis and swimming.
