Dispute Resolution

Our dispute resolution team is often sought to handle complex, big ticket and high stakes litigation in a wide array of matters. We continue to deliver outstanding results for our clients regardless of the side of the dispute they are in. We do not believe in litigating for the sake of it and as such we do not shun settlements when it is in the client’s best interest to do so. We believe our demonstrated court successes and reputation enable us to obtain significantly favourable outcomes obviating the need for extended and costly litigation.
