1. Litigated disputes and negotiated settlements in several legal jurisdictions on international commercial disputes for clientele in the Horticultural Export Sector, Geothermal energy development, Public Infrastructure and manufacturing contracts.
2. Oversaw the legal representation of over sixteen (16) of Kenya’s leading insurance companies countrywide; Mukite Musangi & Company Advocates consistently achieved claim dismissals in over 50% of all its insurance defence briefs. This, coupled with experienced settlement negotiation capacity, has translated into cumulative claim outlay savings for our clients in excess of KES 1,750,000,000/=.
3. Oversaw, as principal transaction adviser, the Initial Public Offering of a major Corporation and the acquisitions of multiple large enterprises both local and multi-national.
4. Chaired the Rift Valley Law Society and oversaw the setting up of a training partnership with the Newcastle Law Society.
