Highlights

• We acted as part of the Kenyan legal local counsel advisors in the Public Private Partnership Project on the operation and maintenance of Nairobi Nakuru Highway. We undertook a comprehensive legal due diligence for the Project and advised on the feasibility of a Public Private Partnership Project model, regulatory review of our Public Private Partnership Project laws and regulations and advised on appropriate institutional arrangements.
